Case study: When troubleshooting a place-based programme, I worked with stakeholders ranging from grassroots community groups to local charities, the council and major funders. An ability to appreciate the different motivations and communication styles for each was key to engagement and meant I was able to facilitate productive dialogue where efforts had previously stalled.
